Sofa Sleeper Seeks Loving Family Room or Guestroom

Gently used sofa sleer, hide-a-bed, in neutral cream and tan shades. The couch itself has some wear, but the pull-out mattress has hardly been used. Belonged to my husband's grandparents who used it in their rec room. Grandpa died and grandma downsized her home. We've had it for about a year, but need the room now for our Christmas Tree.

It is quite heavy so two men would probably be needed to move it. Unfortunately no one here is able to help with loading. Grandparents had a cat and as the picture shows, we have a dog (not included :), but there have been no accidents on the couch.
