Queen size futon for sale. Includes the hardwood frame (birch color) and futon (cranberry color). Multiple settings of the futon - see pictures. There are few small stains on the futon. Would be great for a rec room or for those overnight guests.
We inherited this from the parents, who inherited it from a great aunt. According to them, it is solid mahogany. The dark finish is faded and there are a couple of stains and water rings. If you can refinish furniture, I'm sure it would be beautiful. Single drawer. Dimensions are 24.5" tall x 24" wide x 15" deep. A lovely piece; we have no room after a move into a smaller place.
I bought this wooden framed futon for about $300, 2 years ago. I bought futon matress seperately at ikea for $100, and there is also a durable matress cover that comes off for easy cleaning. The futon is 80" x 36" x 36" tall, it folds out into a double bed. It is hard to tell from the photo but the cover is a sage/ khaki type color. This is from a smoke free/ cat free home. I do have a dog, but she's never done any damage to it. I also have just washed the cover so the new owner can start out fresh. It is fully assembled right now, but I can disassemble it upon request. I am asking $200 and will sell it to the buyer who can pick it up the soonest. We bought a new couch, and it is now in the way. Also, I can help carry it, but be prepared, I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. If you need it delivered I would be willing to for $40 extra if you live reasonably close.
Older drop leaf table. Pretty Sturdy. Been painted many a times, loves paint.

This desk is a fantastic work space or craft space, and in mint condition! It is about 2 years old but was never really used in our clean non smoking home. It has an unscuffed wood top and clean, silver legs. (see photo)
Rectangle Dining Table and matching chairs with wicker/fence back and gold seats. Dark wood, mid to late 1970's. Table is in good shape, 1 leaf included. 4 Chairs - one with missing fence spokes.
Free Futon. It is queen size and nice wood. Unfortunately my dog liked to chew the corners of the arm rests. You could sand these down and restain. The mattress is old, but it works and the cover is only 6 months old. I finally bought a couch. You have to haul, but I can help you load.
Large farm house oak table will seat 8 people with the leaf in. Very heavy. Will need to pick up. 65.5" long, 39.5" wide and 30.5" high with out leaf.
This couch has a hideabed that was only used once. Our dog, on the other hand, used to sleep on the couch & pillows etc., so we can't guarantee that it's perfectly clean. I unstuffed and washed & resewed the two large back pillows & we washed the seat cusions. Other than that, it's in ok shape. I'd say there are some stains on the couch itself, from regular wear & tear with a dog. In the right light it's not too noticeable. This couch may be good for another dog lover.

Beautiful gently used Ralph Lauren sofa sleeper and loveseat. Brand new mattress for sofa sleeper.
Nice enough to eat off of, not so nice that you can't do crafts on it (which is what I used it for). Much sturdier than the matchstick furniture you find in IKEA. Four matching chairs are included in the price (two are shown). Cat not included. She is a camera hog and manages to get in on most of the pictures I take when she's around.
