Great Huge Sectional For Sale!!! Need to sell ASAP

We have a super comfy sectional couch with courderoy type tan material that is in great condition for sale. We have just bought a loft and unforunately the couch is too big (Measures over 11 and half feet against the wall!) and we need to sell it immediately. We bought the couch a little over two years ago. There is no damage to the couch except for dog hair (which we will steam clean out for you (See price below)).

single futon, good condition

This futon has served me well, but alas, I have upgraded to a larger bed. The cushion is comfortable and it has no lumps! My stupid dog left an odorless stain, but that never prevented me from sleeping on it. The cat in the picture however, did NOT pee on it! There is a bolt missing that attaches the leg that holds the bed in a sitting position. In the sleeping position, the bolt is not needed, which is why I never got a new one. If you really want me to, I will go out and get a new bolt for you. I will also throw in a laundry fresh light blue fitted sheet for free! Yay!

Lawn mower - 3HP - Mastercraft - 20 in.

I bought this from my landlord in May for $25. It works great after I took it into the shop and spent $40 on it. I'm moving this week and won't need it any longer.

It's a Mastercraft brand, 20-inch cut, with 3-horsepower Briggs and Stratton engine. There is no bag and the front right wheel is a little wobbly, but it still rolls fine. I've cut a HUGE lawn with it the last 4 months.

Jazzy 1113 Electric Wheel Chair

We Used this chair for Mom when her mobility declined. This chairs total operated hours are less than 30 hours. When she could no longer effectively use this chair we stored it in the shop and kept the batteries freshly charged. It comes compelete and in excelent reliable and asthetic contition. There's not a single thing wrong with this chair. It also comes with a second sitting pad and two charging cords. We used the cords to be able to charge at different locations. We kept a cord on the chair and one we left plugged into the living room where mom was most of the time. This has the owners Manual as well.
This chair will go through 30 inch wide doorways and up and down ramps easily.

eames era 2-tiered coffee table and 2 end tables

these are very hip, vintage tables...but not in great shape. with some TLC, a new paint job, and some new brass caps, you will have classic mid-century modern tables for your home.

they are not solid wood. the coffee table is relatively small but practical with 2 tiers.

this must be sold as a set and i would love to get rid of them ASAP.
